Confidential and personal data is our highest priority.

In the following we explain some points in detail:

Basic Data Protection Regulation

We handle data under the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

Processing of user data

We only process the name and e-mail address (or a profile picture). Register with an e-mail address. Change the generated password must upon initial registration.
Note: There are no interfaces to other applications.

Storage of user data

Besides personal data, user data is stored for customer support purposes. The storage of user data serves to improve our customer service. This includes historical conversations, login times and visited links in app. Evaluation is based on anonymized data analyses.

Departure of employees

Deactivate (reactivate at any time) or delete (including all personal data) the account. The profiles and tasks should be transferred to a new user. All ratings, comments and tags of already viewed/edited IP rights remain. New users receive a personalised password for their e-mail address through PATOffice.

Cancellation of contract

Upon cancellation, your access is deactivated after the contract ended. Your data will be deleted.
