What is the difference between monitorings and projects?

In PATOffice there are to two types of workspaces:

Monitorings

In monitoring workspaces the whole team added to this particular workspace receives patents automatically according to the monitoring profile(s) added to this workspace:



Projects

Projects do not receive patents automatically. The users can add new patents from prior researches or searches. Users, who are part of the workspace, can review, rate and collaborate on the cases added to the project.

In your workspace settings you can add colleagues that work on a certain technology, add specific tag categories according to your requirement and activate monitoring profiles.
