Which tags are present by default?

The tags To discuss, Objection* and Inform patent attorney** are stored in PATOffice by default.

Users, if allowed, may assign these tags to patents that they need to rate.
Admins will see the assignments right in their dashboard and may act accordingly.

If these tags are assigned, a rule can be created in the "Workflow" area that triggers follow-up activities automatically.
An example would be the reassignment to a team member in order to initiate further steps.

For the future we are also planning to expand this feature by collaborating with certain partners that will support along the way.
